Scott M. Cornelson has been actively involved in the commercial real estate business since 1987. He began his career with Edens & Avant, Inc., one of the largest commercial real estate firms in the southeast. He focused on selling and leasing retail and restaurant properties in many of the major South and North Carolina markets. In 1994, he formed Cornelson Properties, Inc. to specialize in retail and restaurant brokerage. A native of Clinton, SC and graduate of Clemson University (1985 BS in Industrial Management), Scott earned a Masters in Business Administration from the University of South Carolina in 1989. He is actively involved in a number of professional and civic organizations including YMCA Camp Greenville, the Greenville Association of Realtors, and First Presbyterian Church. Pat McNamara has been a commercial real estate agent/ broker since 1984. His career has included work with Charter Capital, a local land investment company, and as a real estate agent with Earle Furman & Associates. Prior to co-founding Carolina Land Company, he formed The McNamara Company to offer commercial brokerage services in upstate South Carolina and southwest North Carolina. Pat was active in retail, office, industrial, and development properties before focusing his practice on land brokerage. Pat graduated from Clemson University in 1982 (BS in Financial Management) and is actively involved with professional and civic organizations including the American Diabetes Association (former Greenville Leadership Council Chair), S.C. Chapter of REALTORS® Land Institute (former president), National Association of Realtors, and Fellowship of Christian Athletes (current board member).
